Nickolas John Zubek  REALTOR,  house flipper, and  educated interior Architect who has completed hundreds of projects from the Florida keys to Orange County California.   Nickolas mastered real estate in Chicago, IL and the art of reviewing and determining great value-add properties in his 15 year design and real estate career. Now after relocating to live near the beach a resident of Historic Kenwood Nickolas hopes to help a new batch of investors, first time buyers, and seasoned homeowners find their next equity building project.  Nickolas is a fun loving active soul who you can find running , biking, dining, swimming and boating all around St. Pete.
